I found these on a site prior to Mack. (I can't even stand the thought...haha jk) BUT I have been thinking over this recipe and the way I would do it is...
1. Boil the potatoes with a little salt for 20 minutes (or until tender). 2. Make small holes in top and place the insides in a separate bowl (don't go too deep..."THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID"). 3. Slice a small amount off bottom so your potatoes will stand up-right. 4. Add anything to the bowl you like in a "regular" loaded baked potato but make sure to finely chop. I would almost be tempted to only add herbs/salt/pepper/garlic/ect. due to space confinements. Include sour cream for consistency purposes. 5. Mash everything together and put in a frosting bag (the real kind) and squirt a small amount back in the potato. Add bacon bits and diced chives for garnish.
