About

I attended The University of Alabama and at the beginning of my senior year began working with an architect and his wife, a retired art teacher and resident artist, who inspired my interest.  I continue to live and work in Tuscaloosa, AL with my husband William and dog Winston. I recently returned to Alabama to continue my education in the arts.

 

My paintings consist of non-objective work creating interest with experimental texture and creative color combinations. Motivated by travel and natural elements, every place I visit becomes inspiration in forms of light, color, and patterns. I try to collaborate these elements to form abstract, sophisticated compositions.
