St. Thomas and the Virgin Islands.

My brother recently went to St. Thomas for spring break.  He sent the photo above and I immediately began reliving my previous visits. The first cover-up is Tory Burch and the second is made by Halson.

The house below is Steele Point, located on Tortola. Tortola is a more secluded (and smaller) island in the Caribbean and approx. 30 minute  ferry ride to St. Thomas.  We stayed here about two years ago. There isn't a better view in the Caribbean (unless your at Paradise Point).

The numbers represent the different bedrooms, private pool and dock - Anyone ready for an adult spring break?!!

The picture above is the opposite side of the cliff. Same house (master bedroom or no.1 above).

The picture below is where we stayed in St. John and our personal FAVORITE. St. John was fantastic. It's beautiful, great view and easy to get around. A short ferry runs back and forth from St. Thomas. The ferry runs 8am to 10pm - keep that in mind for early flights and dinner plans. However, St. John has GREAT restaurants too so if you don't feel like leaving the island, the island has lots to offer.

Some of the best bars in St. Thomas and the surrounding islands include... Duffy's Love Shack, Foxy's, Willy T's (old pirate's boat in a bay converted into bar) and many more.  There are a plethora  of great restaurants on every island click HERE or THERE or EVERYWHERE to help you decide. I also recommend hiring a personal chef one night to cook local cuisine - we usually do it the first night due to travel exhaustion.  Wherever you end up make sure to become acquainted with your concierge or book of recommendations the first night you arrive.

A few things to remember:
#1:  Don't leave without indulging in Caribbean lobster.
#2:  The taxi drivers are terrifying on those winding roads and it's okay to close your eyes.
#3:  Cruise ships don't come on Sundays so don't plan to shop or eat in town.
#4:  Hurricane seasons cheaper for a reason - make sure to call ahead  - many restaurants will be closed.
#5: Visit Paradise Point! A gondola takes you to the top of St. Thomas for the most breathtaking sunset you will EVER see (prime photo op)...

Some other things you might want to pack...

No.1. Globe Trotter luggage for J.Crew
No.2. Tom Ford coral  lipstick.
